The Steering and Technical committees of the Budget Model Redesign invite you to participate in a series of virtual office hours this month. These sessions are designed to provide updates on the initiative’s progress, answer questions, and gather feedback during the current phase of the redesign process.

Sessions will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams, and all CSU community members are welcome to attend any of the following dates:

• November 6 | 10–11 a.m. (Nov. 6 Teams link)
• November 10 | 2:30–3:30 p.m. (Nov. 10 Teams link)
• November 12 | 9–10 a.m. (Nov. 12 Teams link)
• November 17 | 10–11 a.m. (Nov. 17 Teams link)
• November 19 | 2–3 p.m. (Nov. 19 Teams link)

A campus-wide Budget Model Open Forum is tentatively planned for Monday, December 1, which will offer a broader opportunity to learn about the project’s goals, milestones, and next steps. We will share more information on time and location once it is available.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to bring their questions, share ideas, and stay engaged in this important process shaping the university’s financial future. Feedback also can be submitted at any time using the Budget Model Redesign Feedback Form or by emailing [email protected].
