Change Council
A new group, called the Change Council, is a group of individuals known as Change Navigators. The Change Navigators will act as trusted connectors between the project team and colleges and divisions across the university. The Change Council is getting underway in January, and the list of Change Navigators will be published to the website once finalized.
Change Navigators serve as trusted connectors between the project team and local units, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. They participate in ongoing project meetings to learn about upcoming HR and Finance changes, ask questions, provide feedback, and help share information with the broader university. They share perspectives from their areas to help improve communication and implementation. Navigators actively listen to feedback, answer questions, and share important updates to keep you informed. They also share your team’s questions and needs with the Change Council, advocating on your behalf throughout the process.
Change navigators play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition during organizational changes. They provide clear and timely updates about the project as information becomes available. Navigators actively listen to feedback, answer questions, and share important updates to keep you informed. They also represent your team’s needs and concerns to the Change Council, advocating on your behalf and making sure your voice is heard. Additionally, they guide you through changes and help you find answers to your questions, making the entire experience more manageable and transparent.
Each unit across campus had the opportunity to nominate. We are currently in the process of finalizing the complete list of Change Navigators and once it is complete, a list of all Change Navigators will be published here.
