Below are the HR and Finance Blueprints, developed through interviews and design sessions with employees to document scopes of work. These are not organizational charts, simply a way to document, define, and group HR and Finance functions into logical groupings. The original drafts were shared in Sept 2025 and the comprehensive Blueprints were posted in February 2026.
