Meeting Slide Decks and Presentations
The North Star & Guiding Principles establishes the strategic vision, mission, and foundational values informing the HR and Finance Administrative Alignment initiative.
Below are the HR and Finance Blueprints, developed through interviews with employees to document scopes of work. These are not organizational charts, simply a way to document, define, and group HR and Finance functions into logical groupings. Drafts are from Sept 2025 and final versions will be added in 2026.
The attached presentation slides provide an overview of the goals, timeline, and next steps shared during the University Administrative Alignment of Human Resources and Finance Open Forum on August 14.
